At Zionsville Women in Network (ZWIN), we believe in the power of connection, collaboration, and community. Founded to support and inspire women in business and leadership, ZWIN brings together professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and community leaders from across Boone County.
Through networking events, educational programs, and meaningful relationships, we create opportunities for women to grow personally and professionally while strengthening the community we serve.
What began as a simple conversation between two women over coffee has grown into a thriving organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting women through authentic connection and shared purpose.
ZWIN was founded in 2013 by Debbi Kuller and Kathy Wood, whose vision for a supportive networking community for women in Zionsville continues to shape the organization today.
